Be incredibly careful with this agency's deposit return process. They demanded an unjustifiably large sum from my deposit for no good reason. I had to take the matter to SafeDeposits Scotland, who ruled in my favor and refunded the vast majority of my money. A thoroughly stressful and unprofessional experience.
