Worst experience with them renting a property in Ipswich . 50% of the complaints raised via their online portal and email goes unanswered . Had a very difficult and long time to get the deposit back .

Had an issue with the flat I'm renting. Called Martin and Co and Matthew, the agent who picked up the call, has been extremely helpful in providing additional info and being proactive in offering potential solutions and suggestions. Sent an email as discussed, outlining the available options, with the promise to keep an eye out for anything else suitable that could come across. This review is specifically for Matt B, he did an amazing job. Working in the field, I know how important it is to get recognised by customers and, since there isn't a trust pilot, this is unfortunately the only way I can leave a good review. Give him a reward, an hour off or something.

I purchased a property through Martin & Co earlier this year. As a first time buyer I did not have any experience of the buying process. There were countless delays in securing a mortgage and Simon was extremely helpful and did his best to make sure the deal did not fall through. Extremely pleased with their services.

I had contacted Martin &Co regarding booking an apartment in Ipswich. As I was not in Ipswich and stayed in a different city all the communication was through phonecalls and was proofed by emails. I didn't have any difficulty from viewing the property to getting the keys of my apartment as the staff (Simon) was really precise and clear about each steps and was transparent with his work. Martin &Co is very responsive to all my queries till date and no doubt they are doing their job at its best. Highly recommend!!
