Poor property management in regards to rentals, pictures displayed were completely different to the actual state of the property beware! Also was charged to damage upon checkout that was already there before I moved in and charged a ludicrous amount for ‘cleaning’. Wouldn’t recommend as a letting agency for rentals!

Please avoid this property at all costs. We used to live in a Rosedale mansion managed by Lime. The other building there is privately managed which is good. However, the building where we lived in was under Lime and it used to be great until they took over. It was okay until we had a problem and the staff was completely useless. They never responded to repair requests which we kind of expected. Your safety is also at risk because they haven’t fixed the main downstairs door and can’t access their own CCTV. You cant even access the meter rooms. They dont clean the common areas anymore. If you live there be careful because they won’t return your deposit. Thankfully TDS helped us. We now live in a nice area and the letting agent who manages the property was the one who looked after Rosedale before. We know how they work.

Sales and negotiatiing team at Lime is excellent, especially Olivia who handled jy property selling very efficiently and was always in touch to provide an update. Property got sold very quickly through then. Would highly recommend.

I recently bought a house through Lime on behalf of my Dad who’s health is not so good. Olivia and the team were absolutely outstanding. They understood my Dads circumstances and worked around this to accommodate him. Every time they said they would do something for him they did it.
