For two years now Hootons have managed my multi occupied office building, I am very satisfied with their service, on site maintenance is really good leaving the outside areas very clean and tidy. Service charges and rent collection are always on time and their reaction to tenants and my requests are always can do and timely. Several difficult issues during takeover, as were be expected, but Hootons got them all sorted eventually. I have no hesitation in recommending Hootons to any property owners.
