Tony at HAARTS estate agent was extremely professional and supportive throughout the entire sale process. He did everything he possibly could to ensure the sale completed and truly went above and beyond, for which I am incredibly grateful. There were delays caused by the buyer’s solicitor, but Tony was proactive and continued to push things forward. Thanks to his persistence and dedication, the sale was able to complete just a few days before I would have lost out on a significant amount of money from stamp duty paid just under 3 years ago which I can now reclaim- thanks to Tony! I cannot thank Tony enough for all his hard work, commitment and professionalism. I am extremely grateful for everything he did to help get the sale over the line. Isaac has been carrying out our routine home inspections since we moved into our property, and he has always been a pleasure to deal with. He is consistently prompt, professional and respectful, while also being friendly and easy to talk to. He always takes the time to make sure the inspections are carried out with minimal disruption and is clearly mindful of our needs as tenants. Renting a property through Haart and we have 3 monthly inspection visits. Issac has visited for the last 2 visits and has been so lovely. Respectful, friendly and supportive. Renting previously with another company was always uncomfortable but it's a pleasure to have him round and I never feel anxious See you next time Issac.

Dreadful company as a letting agents, don't answer the phones, don't answer emails. Leave a new tenant waiting for keys to a property he has paid rent on and guessing when he might be able to collect the keys. The house was in a terrible state when he finally got the keys, the bathroom keeps flooding, the fence is falling down, and the landlord has told him he's paying Haart to manage the property! I would not recommend at all. I've only given one star because it wouldn't let me post with zero stars!

I recently used Haart for my move, and I couldn't be more pleased with the service & end-to-end coordination I recieved from Ali Ahmed in the team. Ali handled the entire process with professionalism and efficiencly. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was in place before my move-in date.
