In particular their communication was excellent; they made getting in touch with them really easy, always replied quickly and went above and beyond in terms of keeping us updated and even providing advice and recommendations for workmen. Completion Day went without a hitch. We'd highly recommend using EweMove.
Shaz has gone above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly with all move ins. The standard and care he has for owners and tenants is second to none. We have worked with numerous agents all over the country but this has exceeded any level of service by some stretch that we have had so far.
Phoned multiple times to complain about damage done to a shared gennal lock the owner of their let damaged to gain access. When I called the office they gave my number to the property owner breaking GDPR.They also never returned any of my calls to discuss repairs despite saying someone would return my call . I am now forced to repair the lock, even though the owner of their let broke it. I guess, the best irony will be if they reply to this review considering they have never replied to my many calls and polite messages. Hopefully your property is never next to one of their lets. Really rubbish all round.
I recently sold my house through EweMove and found the whole experience to be seamless from start to finish. My agent Shaz was supportive throughout the whole sales process from his initial valuation visit through to handing over the keys on completion day. Shaz came and assessed/valued the house advising appropriate improvement works to achieve the best sales price taking into account return on investment. He was able to secure contractors for improvement works at very competitive rates. He was always on hand to answer questions and always responded promptly when I contacted him. He handled all the viewings and we secured an offer after just a week on the market. I would wholeheartedly recommend EweMove to handle your sale if you have a forthcoming home sale planned.

They worked hard to ensure ourselves and the Landlord were happy and informed throughout the process. We would highly recommend.

Shaz was our estate agent for both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our previous house. We cannot recommend him enough. He went above and beyond throughout the whole process. He was incredibly contactable and responded extremely quickly. No question or query was too much for him and he made the whole process as smooth as possible due to his communication. He gave us excellent advice when it came to offer price and also sale price and he helped us negotiate on price when the survey flagged some issues requiring repair. Shaz genuinely cares about both the buyer and vendor in this process, which makes a huge difference compared to other estate agents we have interacted with over the years. If we ever move house again in the future we will be using EweMove again and I will be recommending them and Shaz to anyone else I know planning a move!
