Rude and unprofessional staff. I did a viewing and the lady named Lauren came from this company and i have never met anyone this rude before. Just wasted my time and then when i emailed them about this matter, even the support staff is same, no response from them. I would recommend everyone to go for some other company to help you out with the renting the house, if you don’t want to waste your time.

Rnters Right eminar was fantastic, very knowledgeable and sharing up to date information for changes coming into place in May and wasn't expecting so many people to turn up for the event. Was lovely to meet the team, was lovely to turn up yo sandwichws and beverages and lovely venue. Thank you Concentric Team
Really enjoyed the seminar. it was very informative and great to see landlords coming together to stay updated with the changes in the market. With all the upcoming regulations and changes in the rental sector, I do feel there could also be more discussion around alternative strategies such as rent-to-rent. When structured correctly, with the right contracts and a reliable operator, it can still be a very effective solution for landlords, offering consistent income and a more hands-off approach. Overall, a very valuable event, thank you for putting it together.

Trying to arrange a viewing for a sale is like pulling teeth. Poor seller, no wonder it is not shifting on the market. Asked for details over 3 weeks ago and still nothing. This is appalling service.
