I dealt with the commercial agency team of bulleys who were very helpful from start to finish. I would certainly recommend their services. I don’t often write reviews but wanted to share my positive experience.
The worst People. They are the most miserable people who stop innocent buskers playing nice music on a lovely Sunny day on the street. Bulley by name and Bulley by nature.
1 star is too much for this company Useless.. very bad experience i had with them make sure u look somewhere alse I've paid 5k deposit for a commercial property, and it's been 4 months now, and still they haven't been able to provide me with legal documents to start my business i will have to take them to court AVOID THEM

The company is a complete joke have tried to make an appointment for the last two months with our account manager Lindsey Biddle, because all their accounts figures are wrong. Not one person has responded and Lindsey will not reply to my phone calls even after having rung 34 times. The company is a shambles and needs closing down. The undue stress there incompetence has caused is beyond measure.
Absolutely appalling company to deal with, never answer calls, refuse to speak with you when you're trying to clarify what they are saying are outstanding payments. Invoicing system shocking, never receive them but expected to pay them, refer you to recovery agents regardless of there imaginary figures. We are going to report there poor practices to the RIC.
